1. Modification & Cancellation Window

To ensure timely delivery, our fulfillment team begins processing orders as soon as they are submitted. Because of this, the opportunity to modify or cancel your order is limited to the first 12 hours after the order has been placed. During this period, you may request:

  • Changing the shipping address
  • Updating recipient information
  • Correcting email or phone number
  • Changing the item size, color, or variation
  • Removing or adding items
  • Canceling the entire order

2. After 12 Hours

Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order may already be in fulfillment or shipping preparation. At this stage:

  • We may not be able to cancel the order.
  • Modifications such as changing sizes or items may not be possible.
  • Address changes may also be restricted if the package has already been labeled.

If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to return or exchange it after delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

3. How to Request a Modification or Cancellation

4. Incorrect Address Responsibility

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered successfully. If the order has not yet shipped, we will correct the address for you. If it has already shipped, the carrier may not allow changes, and additional redelivery fees may apply.

5. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once your package is in transit, we cannot cancel the order. However, you may still return the item after it arrives, following the guidelines in our return policy. In certain situations, the carrier may allow package interception or rerouting for an additional fee, but availability varies depending on the shipping provider.
