Orders & Tracking

When will my order be processed?

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my order.
Please first: • Check your mailbox, porch, building lobby, or parcel locker. • Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff. • Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark “Delivered” slightly early.If the package still cannot be found, contact us at support@shopjoylum.com with your order number and tracking link.
