Order Changes & Cancellations
Please verify your order details (size, color, quantity) before completing checkout.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, email support@shopjoylum.com with your order number for faster assistance.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect size or color selections.
If an order was placed by mistake, you may cancel it within 24 hours and place a new order.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

Missing original tags or packaging
Damage caused by improper handling, not by Shopjoylum
How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund, email support@shopjoylum.com with:
⚠️ Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Refunds include the original shipping cost (if applicable).
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.
