Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Shopjoylum, your satisfaction matters most. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment. A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped.

If you receive a defective item, please check our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Returns and Exchanges Guidelines

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition: unopened, undamaged, and unmarked.
  • Sets or multi-packs must be returned in full.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.

For online orders, Shopjoylum covers return shipping costs.

Important: Items showing wear, misuse, improper assembly, or missing parts may incur additional fees.

If returning due to defects or quality issues, A.M.O. LLC will cover all return shipping and restocking fees. For preference-based returns, customers bear the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Approved requests will receive a prepaid return label with instructions.
  3. Return items in original condition with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary items.

Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you via email. Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Please allow 5–7 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
